We are now embracing all kinds of retail property and all kinds of stakeholders – everyone, in other words. This diversity makes us uniquely placed to champion real improvements and positive change for our sector.

We intend to harness the collective experience, as well as the influence and resources of our network to challenge and shape our industry for the future. And we’ll be working in constant dialogue with the entire retail property community.

Who you know is just as important as what you know. Our membership has a really broad base, with specialisms and experience of all kinds. We aim to create more relevant and accessible business and career development opportunities and make sure the industry has the right people, with the right skills.

The benchmark.

Revo sets standards, recognises achievement and sparks ideas. A new educational programme will meet the needs of industry professionals throughout their careers, and there will be a renewed focus on apprenticeships. We’re also expanding our Awards Programme to better reflect the diversity of our industry.

The trend spotters & thought leaders.

Revo intends to stay ahead of the curve, prepared for and embracing the future. We will analyse trends, interpret market data and organise focused working groups and think tanks run by true experts in their fields. We will produce pioneering research and insight papers, and establish Revo as the place to come for authoritative commentary.

Alongside managing a team of two Events Organisers, Stacey looks after larger projects including the ACE Awards, Summer Social and the exhibition at our flagship event in September. When not managing events, she enjoys having a small (big) obsession with The Rock and even received a tweet from him on her birthday. This is now known as the happiest day of her life!

With 12 years’ experience in international commercial property, Zuza looks after Revo’s research. She works with other members of the Thought Leadership team, helping members and external audiences make sense of the future for our retail property and placemaking industry. Privately, she is a keen cyclist, opera lover cake baker and a self-confessed cynic!

Representing the retail property industry since 2016, he previously worked across a number of business sectors including transport and energy as a political consultant and practitioner in the UK, the think tank environment in Australia, and has circumnavigated the world by sea!
