You’ll find resources on this page to help your teams deliver greater social value.

Social Value refers to the contribution a business or place makes to the local area, whether that be socially, economically or environmentally, for the benefit of a number of stakeholders, including residents and local businesses. The social contribution of retail places is at least equal to its economic importance. They can help create and anchor vibrant civic space, providing essential public places between work and home.

There are a number of ways in which social value can be created, with many different perceptions of what actually amounts to ‘social value’.

In order to assist the retail property community to understand, measure and improve the creation of social value, Revo has developed the Social Value Framework, created with the input and feedback from our committees and members.
