Premium tickets

In addition to attendance to the pre-dinner drinks reception, dinner and presentation of the Gold Awards, premium tickets include priority placement within the room, an initial allocation of wine on your table, a glass of bubbles as you are seated, additional branding opportunities and access to photography. Further drinks can be purchased via the Grosvenor House Hotel or on the evening.

Dransfield Properties marked the company’s 25th anniversary in 2017. The company was formed in 1992 by the founder and managing director Mark Dransfield. Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Dransfield Properties has a strong reputation for delivering high quality retail and mixed use developments in market towns and district centres, working with some of the leading names in the industry. The company owns and manages shopping centres in north Sheffield, Morpeth, Gainsborough, Manchester, Selby and Stroud as well as a successful history of developing high quality stand-alone food stores across the country. 

Dransfield Properties prides itself on its attention to detail and high quality architecture – resulting in a number of high profile industry awards including the BCSC Gold Award for Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough in 2007 and the RICS Pro-Yorkshire Award for Regeneration in 2015 for the Penistone 1 development in Penistone, South Yorkshire. The RICS Pro Yorkshire Award was also awarded in May 2017 to Fox Valley in north Sheffield.

In 2019 the company will start one of its most ambitious projects to date; delivering a new town centre to underpin the Waverley development in the Sheffield City Region which is home to the world renowned Advanced Manufacturing Park as well as a major transformation of a brownfield site into a new residential area.

During 2018, the company has also taken ownership of the Merrywalks Shopping Centre in Stroud, Gloucestershire and major refurbishment work is now underway to make significant improvements to the rundown centre.
