ATCM and Revo are working together to develop a virtual events programme for our combined membership of owners, councils, BIDs, retailers, and retail property interests across the UK.
The first topic we are exploring is the proposed changes to the Use Class Order system and the extension of Permitted Development Rights in England and what that means for placemakers being able to develop and deliver on a shared vision for the high street.
We are delighted to be joined by Richard Blyth, Head of Policy, Royal Town Planning Institute, who will give a presentation outlining the challenges of the proposed changes plus considering the wider under investment in the planning regime that undermines the ability to plan for the future town centre.
Our expert panel of speakers will then delve deeper and debate this topic in more detail.
