Salmon Harvester will complete work on the Cathedral Square’s redevelopment in spring 2017.
Salmon purchased this part vacant and neglected shopping centre in 2013 and, through pro-active asset management/redevelopment has created a new retail and leisure asset which will redefine the shopping and leisure pitch in this Cathedral City.
The redevelopment, now over 95% pre-let has utilised the former vacant space in the scheme to provide 8 new restaurant units situated over two levels, let to the likes of Byron, Yo! Sushi and All Bar One; a new gym let to Fitness4less; an extension to H&M and a brand new unit for Wilkos.
Working in Partnership with Worcester City and County Council, and Worcestershire LEP, the development has re-routed a highway and created of a brand new public realm - Cathedral Square – situated opposite Worcester’s Grade 1 listed Cathedral.
