Built on a legendary past, Wembley Park is one of Europe’s largest urban developments, bringing a spectrum of new retail and leisure to an 85-acre site.
Just 12 minutes from Baker Street, the transformation includes over 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure, including some 240,000 sq ft of new build, to serve the growing local residential and worker population. London’s largest Boxpark opened in December 2018 and will be followed this spring/summer by the launch of the first of four new retail districts in the development, which will be home to 25 independent shops, services, restaurants and Wembley Park Market - a curated community of grass roots businesses and brands across lifestyle, fashion, wellness and food.
National and international attractions, including Wembley Stadium connected by EE, The SSE Arena, Wembley, London Designer Outlet, and seasonal events, will sit alongside artisans, independent shops, restaurants and a new theatre to create a year-round experiential destination.
Wembley Park will also be home to a number of essential conveniences, including a new NHS centre, a school, a seven-acre urban park and a library.
