Who will you hear from?
Jenna Pollock – Divisional Director – ABM UK
Jenna has 12 years’ experience within the Facilities Management Industry and has a passion for operational delivery and innovative practices. She recognises the value in people and creating a team culture to achieve results. Her time within the industry has been retail focused and she fully understands the market and challenges within.
Steve Hogarth – General Manager – ABM UK
Steve has worked for ABM UK for 3.5 years as General Manager covering the North and East of Scotland and is responsible for the Hammerson sites in Scotland. He oversees operational activity for ABM on several of our major accounts which include many large shopping centres within Scotland.
Lara Coutinho - Environment and Sustainability Manager – ABM UK
Lara has spent the last 3 years travelling around the globe working with sustainability for Major Events (Olympics, Paralympics, Universiade, Commonwealth, European Championships and Reading Festival).
Danny Harkness – Environmental Services Manager – ABM UK, Silverburn Shopping Centre
Danny served as ESM at Silverburn for 3 years, he manages a cross discipline team of 44, covering; Cleaning, Waste Management and Grounds Maintenance. Danny has over 10 years’ experience in the cleaning waste and recycling industry. Danny embraces the importance of client / retailer engagement to help drive recycling figures. .
Irene Thomson – Senior Account Manager - Enva
Irene Thomson has over seventeen years’ experience in the recycling and waste management industry. Dedicated to maximising upon recycling Irene uncharacteristically made a change and spent 18 months as the Environmental Manager at Silverburn Shopping Centre, however missed frontline recycling and waste management and decided to return to Enva, where she manages a broad portfolio of accounts across the Retail, Rail, Education and Commercial sectors. Irene is ABM UK’s account lead for all waste management activity within Scotland.
