The overall experience you provide for your customers is more crucial than ever in creating and maintaining a competitive advantage.
Consumers use of digital to engage, explore, purchase and review continues to grow in importance and creates challenges for the way physical environments are designed and used. In addition, there has been an enormous shift in consumer expectations, as the internet continues to democratise information once the preserve of a relative small number of people or institutions.
With these changes in mind, and given we haven’t produced guidance on customer experience for 5 years, we’re delighted to be launching our brand new customer experience guide led by our Revo Customer Experience Committee.
