The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a professional body promoting and enforcing international standards in the valuation, management and development of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

 

In 2018, as part of their 150th anniversary, RICS launched the Pledge150 campaign with LandAid to deliver bed spaces for young homeless people across the UK. The campaign aimed to unite the property industry into contributing and creating a collaborative response and approach to solving the problem of homelessness in the UK.
