Il Centro in Arese, Milan opened on the 14th April 2016 and is the largest shopping Centre developed in one single phase in Italy. The scheme has a total GLA of 990,000 sq. ft.comprising over 200 shops, cafés, and restaurants. The scheme was developed by FINIPER at a cost of approximately €350 million.
